Ross Harper have a very experienced Wills and Executries Team.   Our feeling is that sometimes people do not put enough emphasis on the importance of having a Will. Our Team is available to help clients prepare their Will to reflect their wishes after death. We believe that this provides clients with peace of mind.   It is quite possible that if you do not have a Will your property and possessions may not be passed on to those who you would want to or expect to receive them.   In addition, appointing an Executor to your Will eases the process of administering your Estate.

When a person passes away there is a requirement that somebody attend to the Estate of the deceased.   In the normal course of events this will be the Executor who is appointed by a Will or, in some cases, by the Courts.   It is advisable for an Executor to take advice from a solicitor.    Ross Harper have a large Executry Practice and have built up an experience in this area over many years.

Sometimes if a relative has died you can be excluded from a Will.   If you feel this is unfair and wish to challenge a Will, our experienced legal team will assist you.

We also prepare Powers of Attorney and set up and administer Trusts.

If you would like any further information about our Executry Team please do not hesitate to contact us either by phoning the 0800 number or e-mailing us at info@rossharper.com.
