Alan Susskind qualified in 1980 and became a Partner with Ross Harper in 1985. He heads the Family Law Department at West Regent Street and specialises in family law and mediation. Alan has a wide range of experience in dealing with all aspects of family law and is an accredited mediator with CALM (Comprehensive Accredited Lawyer Mediator) and a member of the Family Law Association. Alan also lectures Practice Management at the University of Strathclyde.
Alan heads a team of four Associates an Assistant and two paralegals all of whom have considerable in-depth experience of complex family cases. The Ross Harper Family Team have one of the biggest client bases in the country with over 1,000 current files at any one time.
Alan is currently Managing Partner of the firm.
