Harvie Diamond qualified in 1978 and became a Partner in the firm in 1980. Initially Harvie worked in a branch office where he was the Partner in charge of the Criminal Department there before moving into the centre of Glasgow to run the criminal office there in the late 1990s. Harvie is administrative head of the Criminal Team and the Criminal Department is the biggest department of its type in Scotland. He and the other criminal Partner, Richard Freeman, advise clients in relation to all types of criminal offences and together with a highly qualified team of criminal practitioners they deal with every conceivable type of crime ranging from murder, serious assault and firearm offences through to road traffic offences and minor infringements.
