Ross Harper’s Personal Injury Team have assisted clients in pursuing claims for many years and we have accumulated a great deal of experience.
The Team is headed up by Cameron Fyfe who is one of the best known solicitors in Scotland. He has represented clients in many of Scotland’s famous cases including the case of McTear –v- Imperial Tobacco. Although ultimately unsuccessful Cameron pursued the tobacco company on behalf of Mr. McTear (and latterly Mrs. McTear) for many years. He has an excellent reputation and satisfactorily concludes personal injury cases.
In addition to cases involving personal injury our Team also has a growing Medical Negligence Department. They have the expertise to fully investigate cases of this type, dealing with the actions sympathetically and efficiently, of course with a commitment to obtaining the best possible settlement for the client.
